When I was there I stayed in the Valley in a cabin. It was freezing. I’m not morbid but if I had thought about it we would have stayed at Cedar Lodge. Just to get an idea of what those poor girls went thru before they died.

They’re worried about tourists not showing up. Remember when that guy killed 3 females in one of their Hotels in the Park. It was at Cedar Lodge The youngest girl he drove around with before he killed her. A year or 2 later he kidnapped a Girl living in Yellowstone! They found her dead the next day. These stories are bad for Yellowstone

What has happened to a parade I remember as amazing! It was wonderful seeing a few floats they were very nice, no high school or any marching bands of any kind. Or heaven forbid a drill team. If the community is showing off Butte a bunch of trucks are not going to impress anyone!

We stayed in canyon lodge just one week ago. We commented at that time how surprised we were at the VAST numbers of non English speaking ppl that were everywhere. Not implying- just saying it was noticeable and we took notice.

So the guy who got shot and killed, was an employee of the Park, and was creeping on young girls. Apparently he took a girl hostage, which is what led to his death. The girl was not hurt during the shooting, and is safe.

Pronunciation sounded like ""KEN-yen"". """KENYEN""" or proper noun ""Kenyon"". I even closed my eyes to verify what I heard the man say. Now, you may just consider this just an old English teacher being a stickler for simple language a 3rd Grader normally drills in to prepare him for English comprehension and all matters required in proper speaking, spelling and comprehension. No, this ""cracker mouth syndrome"" I've identified by lazy speakers who just never ever had enough correction. ""Cracker mouth"" is what I coined it by a 6th Grade girl whom I couldn't understand when she spoke and her mother was the teacher. Just lazy speakers who don't know they sound either partially deaf or on a spectrum somewhere since there's a dam spectrum for every kid who isn't properly taught anything anymore.
